Unopened Products: For a full refund, protein bars and protein powders must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with seals intact.

Opened Products: We understand that sometimes you need to try a product to know if it's right for you. If you've opened a single protein bar or a tub of protein powder and are not satisfied with the taste or quality, we offer a partial refund or store credit, provided the majority of the product remains unused. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all refunds.
